The accelerator in plain English.

If you are trying to figure out whether this is for you, start with the basics: what you build, how the week works, who should apply, and what usually keeps engineers from moving.

Start Your Application
01

What it is

A six-month coaching program for experienced engineers who want AI-heavy work, stronger materials, and better interviews.

02

How it works

You spend 10 focused hours a week building projects, improving your search, and practicing the conversations that matter.

03

Who it is for

Software engineers with real experience who are ready to move toward higher-paying roles where AI fluency is expected.

04

What gets in the way

Most engineers are not short on tutorials. They are short on a clear plan, useful feedback, and work they can show.

Curriculum

What you work through.

Module 01

Skill audit and role map

Identify the roles, compensation bands, and company types where your current experience gives you a real angle.

Module 02

AI project roadmap

Pick projects that feel close to the work you already know and still show you can build with modern AI tools.

Module 03

Portfolio and resume rebuild

Turn your work into a hosted portfolio, sharper resume bullets, a stronger LinkedIn, and a coherent story about where your career is going.

Module 04

Job-search rhythm

Build a repeatable job-search workflow that helps you research companies, tailor applications, and move without spending every night manually rewriting the same materials.

Module 05

Interview practice before it counts

Practice project walkthroughs, system design, live coding, behavioral screens, and compensation conversations before a real interview is on the calendar.

Module 06

Offer strategy and first-90-days plan

Prepare to compare opportunities, negotiate clearly, and show early value once you step into the new role.

Weekly cadence

10 focused hours.

  • One weekly coaching call or review cycle
  • One AI feature, project milestone, or portfolio improvement
  • Targeted applications and company research
  • Interview practice and follow-up review

Admissions note

Not every applicant needs the same level of support.

Some engineers need weekly guidance and accountability. Others need deeper private support around project direction, interview reps, or implementation. Those options are discussed only after Rodney understands the applicant's situation.
